During this class you will learn: 

  • Crumble for choux
  • How to make the perfect choux pastry
  • How to pipe choux, chouquettes and Paris Brest.
  • Different Cream fillings
  • Techniques on filling, glazing, piping and decorating.

Come along to Le Choux Test Kitchen for a detailed lesson on how to make the perfect choux pastry!

Our hands on class will be taught by pastry chef and founder Abigail Scheuer.  Together, we will make the perfect choux pastry; from which ingredients to use to the perfect baking techniques.  

You will learn how to make the pastry and pipe it, as well as a variety of different fillings and decoration techniques to create the ultimate showstopper dessert! You will then take your pastries home and show off your new hidden talent to your friends and family. 

When: Saturday 17 March, from 3-6 pm

Where: 2 Fernhead Road, W9 3ET
